Maxim Payroll Academy has been providing professional courses on payroll accounting and human resource management since 2013. In 2019, the Payroll Accounting and Human Resource Management educational course was granted accreditation by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic. This means that, after successful completion of the accredited course, graduates will acquire not only professional knowledge and skills in the field of payroll accounting and human resource management, but they will also receive a certificate with nationwide validity for competent exercise of the profession of payroll accountant. In order to receive the certificate, it is necessary to register and successfully complete the course for beginners and the advanced. Upon completion of the course, graduates will have a good command of professional terminology, acquire the capacity to carry out registration and reporting obligations vis-à-vis the concerned institutions, obtain information on how to process documents in order to calculate salaries, and manage payroll accounting and human resource administration.
The courses take place in smaller groups in order to ensure greater interaction between the lecturer and course participants. The number of available places in the course is limited in order to ensure that participants have space for discussion and for solving practical exercises that will be most useful in preparing them for the real world. The course also includes a presentation of payroll administration processing in the payroll information system and, for those interested, recommendations for the purchase of a suitable payroll programme for payroll accounting management and processing. Course participants will receive:
- payroll accounting book (approx. 100 pages long) Read an excerpt
- overview of human resources and payroll documentation
- description of terms in payroll administration and more than 60 practical exercises
- templates of employment contracts and agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship
- current information and legislative news
A writing pad, stationery and refreshments served directly in the training room (coffee and tea of your choice, mineral water, sweets to "recharge" energy) are all included in the price for the course. An added bonus that is very popular among participants is the provision of advice upon its completion.
